Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners as a school-based Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to impact early childhood and elementary school students, supporting their communication and academic growth in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active New Jersey Speech Language Pathology license NJ Department of Education certification required Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) candidates Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
Position Highlights:
Work 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing direct and consultative speech and language services Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood and elementary-aged students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP goals and optimize progress Maintain documentation, student records, and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Provide both group and individual interventions tailored to diverse student needs Participate in IEP meetings, family consultations, and staff trainings as an integral member of the schools support team
