Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current SLP license for the state of New Jersey Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Strong background or interest in pediatric and school-based settings Experience providing therapy in healthcare or clinical environments a plus Skilled in in-person and/or teletherapy delivery methods Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care

Key Responsibilities:

Administer evaluations and conduct individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and communications Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as necessary Utilize both traditional and technology-based platforms for therapy and progress tracking Foster an inclusive, encouraging therapeutic environment to maximize student success This role offers a unique chance to work with a diverse student population while maintaining a flexible contract arrangement.
