The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric speech therapy, early intervention, and patient assessment. This role involves delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with families and educational teams to promote effective communication development. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions using standardized tools and clinical observations. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, focusing on improving communication skills. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques across diverse pediatric populations, including those requiring early intervention services. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support patient care and facilitate consistent communication strategies. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with professional standards. Educate patients' families about speech development milestones, exercises, and strategies for ongoing support at home.

Pay:

$70.00 - $75.00 per hour
