Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active New Jersey SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations beneficial Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings Support IEP development, attend meetings, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of a K-12 caseload This position offers the chance to expand your expertise in a dynamic school environment while making a meaningful contribution to students growth.
