Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans to support students' speech and language development Deliver direct therapy and interventions tailored to diverse student populations Document progress, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy with classroom instruction Provide consultative services and practical strategies to staff for student support Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
