Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of New Jersey Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates may also be considered Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary and/or middle school students Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students needs Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and support teams to communicate progress and adjust interventions Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insight into students language and communication needs
