We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric private practice in Hudson County. This is a flexible, fee-for-service position offering a combination of in-office sessions at our Hoboken location and in-home visits with families in Hoboken and Jersey City. Clinicians are paid per completed visit and can start with a small caseload based on their availability, with the opportunity to grow. The majority of our current scheduling needs are in the afternoons, making this an excellent opportunity for a school-based SLP looking for supplemental income. Morning and daytime opportunities are also available, particularly for younger children with more flexible schedules. You provide us with your general availability, and we work to build a caseload around the days and times that work for you. Our greatest current need is during afternoon and after-school hours. However, clinicians interested in morning or daytime hours may also work with younger children who have more flexible schedules. There is no requirement to take on a large caseload. You can start with just a few clients per week and gradually add clients based on your availability and interest. What You'll Do Provide individualized speech-language evaluation and treatment to pediatric clients with needs that may include: Articulation and speech sound disorders Phonological disorders Receptive and expressive language delays Autism and neurodevelopmental communication needs AAC and functional communication Fluency/stuttering Social communication and pragmatic language Other pediatric speech and language disorders Responsibilities include providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations as needed, developing individualized treatment goals, completing clinical documentation, and communicating with parents and caregivers. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Pediatric speech-language therapy experience preferred Experience with autism and/or AAC is a plus Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Dependable and professional Comfortable working independently Comfortable providing both office-based and in-home services Passion for working with children and families Apply through Indeed with your resume and general availability
