  • Flexible Caseload | Jersey City, NJ We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in working with pediatric clients in Jersey City.
We have families seeking speech therapy, particularly during afternoon and after-school hours, and are looking for a clinician who would like the flexibility to build a part-time caseload around their existing schedule. This is a great opportunity for a school-based SLP, pediatric clinician, or SLP looking to add private practice clients without committing to a full-time schedule.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our current need is primarily for in-home pediatric speech therapy throughout Jersey City, with a focus on afternoon and after-school availability. You can start with a small number of clients and gradually add additional families based on your availability. Flexible weekday afternoon scheduling In-home pediatric clients in Jersey City 30-minute treatment sessions Ability to build your caseload over time Opportunity for additional hours
CLINICAL SERVICES
Our pediatric caseload includes children with a variety of communication needs, which may include: Articulation and phonological disorders Receptive and expressive language delays Autism and AAC Fluency/stuttering Social communication needs
PRACTICE SUPPORT
Clinicians have access to the resources needed to manage their caseload efficiently, including: EHR for scheduling and clinical documentation SOAP note and evaluation templates Q-global and available standardized assessment materials New client referrals
POSITION DETAILS
Part-time 1099 independent contractor Paid every other week Primarily afternoon and after-school hours Flexible caseload based on your availability Immediate and upcoming referrals in the Jersey City area
QUALIFICATIONS
Pediatric experience preferred Reliable transportation for in-home sessions Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable communicating directly with families regarding scheduling and services We are looking for a dependable clinician who would like to develop a consistent pediatric caseload while maintaining flexibility in their weekly schedule.
