Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students' communication and learning as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. This opportunity spans September through February and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in a school setting near Jersey City, NJ. Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license for New Jersey CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to provide effective therapy in both individual and group settings Commitment to student progress and positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech, language, or communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff Deliver targeted speech and language therapy sessions Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines Engage with families and educators to support students' overall learning experience Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as assigned
