Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding short-term opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract-based position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact within a school environment, providing vital speech and language services to help children thrive academically and socially. This role is perfect for experienced SLPs as well as recent graduates who are seeking hands-on school-based experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) certification Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as SLP-CCC professionals Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, though motivated new graduates will also be considered Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' unique needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintain thorough records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions You'll enjoy weekly pay for both direct and indirect services at the same rate, along with a selection of health and life insurance plan options and a 401(k) plan with company matching. Compensation for this position ranges from $47.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
