Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Are you looking for a Clinical Fellowship where you'll receive exceptional mentorship, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and build confidence as a pediatric SLP? Are you a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who has a passion for neurodiversity affirming, child-led therapy? Sensory Kids & Social Minds is a pediatric private practice seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and ABA Therapists. This position includes a combination of clinic-based therapy in our sensory gym and school-based services at local charter schools , providing a diverse pediatric caseload and valuable experience across settings. Comprehensive CF mentorship with experienced ASHA-certified supervisors, if needed Weekly supervision, coaching, and ongoing clinical support Mentorship from clinicians trained in PROMPT, DIR/Floortime, AAC, SOS feeding, and other evidence-based approaches Daily collaboration with Occupational Therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team Exposure to a wide variety of pediatric communication disorders across clinic and school settings CEU reimbursement to support your professional growth Structured support to successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship and transition into independent practice Supportive, collaborative team culture that values learning, mentorship, and continued development Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation in a timely manner Participate in team meetings and professional development Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist licensure Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CF) NJDOE Speech-Language Specialist Certificate (or eligibility) Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with children and families Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
