Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current and valid state SLP licensure or eligibility in New Jersey Experience in a school-based environment preferred Strong skills in collaboration and communication Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and needs CFY considered; CCCs preferred
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges Deliver direct therapy services per IEP requirements Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and school initiatives
