Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric patients. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech therapy treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide direct therapy sessions to children, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate speech and language development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for patients. Work closely with parents and caregivers to educate them about their child's communication challenges and involve them in the therapy process. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist according to state or regional requirements. Prior experience working with pediatric populations is preferred. Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and engaging with families is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with children and their families are essential. Caseload built to your availability

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
