Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments in a senior living community.

Responsibilities include:

Performing hearing and speech/language examinations and evaluating test results Diagnosing patients and developing personalized treatment plans Educating patients and families on communication strategies Maintaining detailed reports and documentation for evaluation, treatment, and administrative purposes Creating individual and group therapy activities Participating in meetings and planning educational and intervention sessions Teaching communication techniques such as sign language or lip reading

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited therapy program 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent Valid NJ Speech Therapist license Benefits include 401k with company match, credit union, voluntary benefits, referral programs, and more. Pay rate ranges from $58 to $60 per hour.
