Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate of $66.66 per hour Flexible part-time schedule Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable regulations Performance-based incentive opportunities Collaborative and supportive workplace culture Position Responsibilities Evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client-centered goals Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and related records Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and other professionals to support positive outcomes Provide education, recommendations, and home programs to promote continued progress outside of therapy sessions Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient, private practice, school, medical, or community-based settings Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team Morris Speech Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all employees.
