Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Recent experience working in pediatrics or school-based environments Solid understanding of IEPs, assessments, and individualized therapy planning Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and interpret evaluation results Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Provide direct therapy services to pre-K through high-school students, both one-on-one and in group settings Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required Participate in IEP meetings, consult with educators and parents, and guide them on supporting student goals Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
