9665641-08901 Job Description Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) within an elementary school setting. This contract position offers a stable weekday schedule running from 8:40 am to 2:55 pm, Monday through Friday, and focuses on an engaging K-5th grade caseload. Youll work entirely at one convenient location, creating consistency for both you and your students. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the current school year.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP Experience serving a K-5 population preferred Strong skills in IEP development, assessment, and progress monitoring Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication disorders Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Partner with teachers, families, and school teams to deliver effective interventions Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings and planning Foster a positive and supportive learning environment This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building relationships with students and school staff in a stable, single-site assignment.
