Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist! Working two days per week, you will collaborate with educators and families to help students develop essential communication skills. Desired Experience:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in schools or with elementary-aged students preferred Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation within a school environment Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and other team members Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Responsibilities /

Duties:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary school students Evaluate and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) based on student needs Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities Consult with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued support Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district requirements Adapt therapy approaches to best fit each student's unique strengths and challenges This contract-based role is ideal for SLPs seeking flexibility and a chance to focus on meaningful, short-term impact.
