Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to a dynamic school environment near Newark, NJ. This full-time contract position spans district-wide, engaging students from various backgrounds. Working 35 hours per week from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, you'll deliver essential speech-language services with the autonomy to manage your caseload and provide comprehensive support for each student in need. Start as soon as possible, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact through the end of June 2027.
Key Qualifications:
Active SLP licensure in NJ (CCC required) Prior experience in school-based SLP roles Capable of servicing a diverse district-wide caseload Ability to complete all necessary testing, evaluations, and assessments independently with your own materials Comfortable with district-wide assignments and flexible locations Willingness to undergo onboarding requirements (TB test, physical, fingerprints for agency and district) Reliable transportation and practical commute logistics CF and SLPA candidates will not be considered due to supervision limitations
Primary Responsibilities:
