Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible SLP license in New Jersey Experience in school-based settings preferred Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new teams and environments quickly
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a school setting Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
