Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity addressing the speech and language needs of students in a dynamic educational setting near Toms River, NJ. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference for children at varying developmental stages, providing essential speech-language services in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible for CFY supervision. State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in New Jersey. Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings. Familiarity with IEP process, assessments, and delivery of direct and consultative services. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target students specific needs. Participate in IEP meetings; document progress and provide recommendations. Deliver therapy using both individual and group modalities. Consult with teachers and parents to support students across educational environments. Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
