Job Description

InHealth Staffing is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language treatment, ESLS case management, referrals, evaluations, and testing support within Trenton Public Schools . We are open to candidates seeking either a full-time or flexible schedule . We can work with the SLP's availability and preferred hours to develop a schedule that works well for both the therapist and the district. School AssignmentsMcKnight School

  • Grades K-3 Autism and ESLS cases Speech-language treatment ESLS case management George Washington School
  • Grades K-3 Student referrals Speech-language evaluations Testing support Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy to students in accordance with their educational and treatment needs.
Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations as assigned. Participate in the referral and evaluation process. Provide ESLS case management and related documentation. Develop and implement appropriate speech-language goals and interventions. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, Child Study Team members, administrators, and families. Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, evaluations, and required documentation. Participate in meetings related to student programming and services as required. Provide recommendations and strategies to support communication and classroom participation. Follow student IEPs, district procedures, and applicable New Jersey Department of Education requirements. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable school and professional standards. Qualifications & NJDOE Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current NJ Speech-Language Specialist certification/eligibility (NJDOE Code 3462). Current NJ Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure, as applicable. NJDOE Criminal History Record Check/fingerprinting required. Completion of required NJ employment history and child abuse/sexual misconduct disclosures. Current TB test and any additional district-required documentation. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

$90.00 per hour
