Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school setting preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability to new environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and document student progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
