Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license New Jersey Department of Education Certification Ability to work with students with a variety of speech and language needs Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessments and student goals Provide direct and indirect services to students, both individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings As part of this team, you'll benefit from weekly pay (direct and indirect at the same rate), a range of health insurance plan options, life insurance choices, and the security of a 401(k) plan with matching.
