Job Description
Key Responsibilities Complete evaluations, establish treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with patient goals. Provide daily treatments, monitor progress, and support discharge planning. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Participate in skilled nursing rehab programming focused on functional recovery and safe transitions. Contribute to a team-based approach that prioritizes patient outcomes and quality care. Qualifications Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
