Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech-language therapy services in a vibrant and supportive school setting near Los Lunas, NM. Two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the 2026-2027 school year to work full-time with children and teens in PreK through 12th grade. This contract position offers the chance to build meaningful connections and support students' communication development in a collaborative educational environment.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Holds or eligible for New Mexico SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and other support staff Strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment and therapy services to students in PreK-12, adapting interventions for diverse needs and abilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and outcomes according to school and state requirements Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student goals and progress Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated support for each student
