Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026/2027 school year, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contractual role is based in Los Lunas, NM, within a school setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary school initiatives.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a school setting. Experience working as an SLP within schools, preferably with knowledge of K-12 educational environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Commitment to supporting student success and fostering inclusive learning environments.
