Qualifications & Skills:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license in New Mexico (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and manage responsibilities independently Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a passion for student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress Deliver direct therapy individually or in groups, tailored to student needs Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and consult on effective classroom strategies Enjoy the satisfaction of supporting students in their learning journeys while collaborating with talented educational partners.
