Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Ability to obtain state licensure and relevant clearances Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, student-centered approach Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Flexibility to adapt to school-based environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary meetings Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment records Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support each student's success Receive regular professional supervision and mentorship throughout the fellowship Participate in professional development and training opportunities
