Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology Current state licensure to practice as an SLP Either Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric clients within school environments Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

What You'll Do:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams, including teachers, parents, and school support staff Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation consistent with both state and school requirements Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each students needs Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and professional development as needed
