Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students with communication needs for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Full-time and part-time contract positions are available onsite, working with a diverse caseload ranging from early learners to high schoolers. Youll use your expertise to help students achieve their speech and language goals, enjoying both autonomy and collaboration as you make a measurable difference.
Key Qualifications:
Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required School-based SLP experience is preferred Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY Must be authorized for employment in the U.S. Successful completion of background and drug screenings
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals based on student strengths and challenges Deliver direct therapy through individual and group sessions Work in partnership with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support for each student Participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical input and collaborating on best practices Maintain organized and timely documentation of case notes, progress, and outcomes Monitor and adjust intervention approaches to promote consistent student progress
