Job Description
Looking for a licensed Speech/Language Pathologist.
The Clyde-Savannah Central School District is seeking a speech and language pathologist for a 10-month position with opportunities for additional summer hours.
The successful candidate will join a small, closely-knit multidisciplinary team to collaboratively evaluate and diagnose speech, language and communication needs, develop goals, and deliver therapy in multiple formats. The successful candidate will serve as a valued member of the Committee on Special Education and will have opportunities for professional development and growth. Job Qualifications
A valid speech/language pathology license, or certification in speech therapy
Valid speech/language pathology license, issued by New York State Office of Professions; CCC preferred but not required
Training in executive functioning, social thinking and pragmatics is desirable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of the CSE process, regulations, and required documentation
Knowledge of the MTSS process
Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy to students, faculty, staff, community and families
