Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time, full school year opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide critical support in a K-12 school setting located in Cuba, NY. This contract position offers the chance to work directly onsite, with teaching assistant support available to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique communication needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with applicable regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and manage time efficiently.

This role is based onsite in Cuba, NY, providing therapy services directly within the school environment.
