e2036-12522 Job Description Make a meaningful impact working in a contract role supporting students in grades K12 during the 20262027 school year. This rewarding, full-time opportunity is located near Dover Plains, NY, and welcomes both local and travel professionals. You'll have the chance to work with diverse caseloads tailored to your background and interests, from moderate to profound needs, across early childhood and elementary settings.
Essential Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license in New York (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Pediatric experience, particularly with K12 and early childhood populations Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students individually and in groups Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for a range of speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and learning Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings Educate and consult with parents and caregivers about strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home
