Qualifications:

Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or school-based settings strongly preferred Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse student caseload

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with language, voice, fluency, and articulation disorders Collaborate with teachers and support staff to design and implement effective intervention plans Maintain accurate student records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Communicate student progress and needs with families and educational teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
