Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time role entails working 37.5 hours per week and provides exposure to a dynamic school environment with a diverse caseload. Whether you're an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellow (CF) seeking supervision, this position offers valuable experience in both educational and pediatric settings.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligibility for SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply (CF supervision provided) Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting is a plus Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Comfort working with K-12 students who have a range of speech and language needsKey Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct and consultative therapy services Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to help students achieve communication goals Document student progress and maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district requirements Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages student growth This role is perfect for those eager to make a meaningful impact while building or expanding their expertise within the school setting.
