Hempstead, Nassau County | In-District & Home-Based Opportunities 1099 Contractor | Part-Time, Full-Time, or Per Diem Blue Sea Educational Consulting is actively hiring Spanish-Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) to provide speech and language services to students in the Hempstead area . Opportunities are available within the school district and in students' homes , allowing you to build a caseload that works with your availability and professional goals. We are seeking bilingual clinicians who are passionate about supporting diverse student populations and providing high-quality, individualized services. Compensation & Perks $50-$90/hour, based on experience and credentials Flexible caseload options ranging from a few sessions per week to full-time schedules In-district and home-based cases available in Hempstead Ability to select cases based on your availability Free ASHA CEUs and ongoing professional development opportunities Paperless documentation system Administrative support with onboarding, billing, scheduling, and case coordination Referral bonus program What You'll Do Provide bilingual speech and language therapy services to students in-district and in their homes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and needs Conduct evaluations and track measurable student progress Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and educational teams Provide culturally and linguistically responsive services to bilingual students and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with NYS and district guidelines Participate in team collaboration and case consultation as needed Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology NYS Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility TSSLD required English and Spanish proficiency required Experience working with bilingual and multilingual student populations preferred Reliable transportation for home-based assignments Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Schedule Options Part-time opportunities Full-time caseloads available Per diem coverage Flexible scheduling based on available district and home-based cases Why Blue Sea?
