Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time position is available from September 2026 through December 2026 in Hyde Park, NY, for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a K-12 caseload within a school setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs, including those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), working in healthcare, pediatrics, or school environments. Additionally, it offers clinical fellowship year (CFY) supervision for those seeking mentorship and guidance during this critical phase of professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language services to K-12 students in a school environment. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy tailored to each student's unique communication needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and best practices. Participate actively in meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Possess Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CF) actively seeking supervision. Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to manage a full-time caseload and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
Location:
Hyde Park, New York - serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a school district.
