Essential Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one for New York ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical experience also valued Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state and local regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both group and individual settings Whats Waiting for
