Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) for New York State ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered Experience providing pediatric SLP services in school-based, early childhood, or elementary settings Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt to a range of student abilities and communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy to students across grades K12, adapting interventions to individual needs Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement IEP goals in alignment with student and school objectives Provide timely documentation and progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for SLPs committed to making a meaningful difference.
