Desired Qualifications:

Active New York Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Open to SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY) Previous experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric therapy is preferred, but not required Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Genuine passion for supporting children's individual learning goals

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool and school-aged students across a diverse caseload Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support each students educational success Communicate regularly with staff and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
