Pediatric Speech-Language PathologistW-2 Fee-for-Service, In-Person Position Bee Bright Therapy, SLP, PLLC is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows to provide in-person pediatric services throughout NASSAU COUNTY, New York . We serve children from birth through school age through New York State Early Intervention and CPSE. Our practice provides family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and play-based care in homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and other approved community settings. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Compensation Clinical Fellows:

$42 per 45-minute EI session and $25 per 30-minute CPSE session.

Licensed SLPs:

$50 per 45-minute EI session and $30 per 30-minute CPSE session. Administrative time is paid at $20 per hour, with one paid administrative hour for every six completed therapy hours. Benefits include 10 free CEU hours annually, paid required meetings and trainings, and free Clinical Fellowship supervision. Full-time clinicians may receive a $200 monthly healthcare or transportation stipend, or $100 toward each. Payment is provided for completed sessions only.

Additional compensation and benefits include:

Administrative time paid at $20 per hour One paid administrative hour for every six completed therapy hours Paid required meetings and assigned trainings, when applicable 10 hours of free continuing education annually through New York State Early Intervention training Clinical Fellowship supervision and structured mentorship at no cost to the Clinical Fellow Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling Geographically organized caseloads whenever possible Eligible full-time clinicians may select one of the following monthly benefits: $200 healthcare stipend $200 transportation stipend $100 healthcare stipend and $100 transportation stipend Clinicians are compensated for completed sessions. Cancelled and missed appointments are not paid. Final compensation, program assignments, session lengths, and benefit eligibility will be confirmed in the written employment offer.

Responsibilities The Speech-Language Pathologist will:

Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs Provide evidence-based, play-based, and developmentally appropriate therapy Follow each child's IFSP, IEP, authorized mandate, and treatment plan Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment goals Provide caregiver education and strategies that support carryover Collaborate with families, teachers, service coordinators, clinical supervisors, and other providers Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate promptly about cancellations, absences, or service interruptions Complete accurate session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge documentation within required timeframes Obtain all required parent, guardian, clinician, and program signatures Participate in required supervision, training, compliance, and quality-assurance activities Follow Bee Bright Therapy policies and all applicable Early Intervention, CPSE, Medicaid, HIPAA, and professional requirements All documentation must accurately reflect the completed session, including the correct date, time, location, duration, goals addressed, interventions provided, measurable performance, cueing, and the child's response to treatment. Session notes must be original and specific to each session. Only completed services may be documented or submitted for billing.

Requirements Candidates must have:

A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders A current New York State Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to complete a supervised Clinical Fellowship ASHA certification or eligibility to complete the ASHA Clinical Fellowship Active OPRA enrollment for clinicians accepting CPSE cases Required health, background, and professional clearances Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance The ability to travel within the assigned service area Strong clinical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills The ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Professional dependability and consistent communication A commitment to ethical, family-centered, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming care Experience with Early Intervention, CPSE, autism, late talkers, speech sound disorders, AAC, pediatric feeding, or parent coaching is preferred but not required. Employment Structure This is a W-2 fee-for-service position. Part-time and full-time caseloads are available. Caseloads are developed based on clinician availability, geographic preference, program needs, and referral availability. Employment does not guarantee a specific number of referrals or completed sessions.
