This full-time role offers the chance to work in a supportive educational environment where student needsand your professional interestsare thoughtfully matched. Candidates with backgrounds in pediatrics, early childhood, and elementary school settings will find this position both challenging and fulfilling. Youll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and parents to deliver impactful interventions tailored to diverse abilities, from moderate to profound.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred Strong rapport-building and communication skills Comfort with flexible caseloads, adapting strategies for a spectrum of needs Open to both local and travel professionals
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, diagnostics, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy to K12 students with varying levels of communication disorders Develop and implement data-driven treatment strategies Consult and collaborate with educators, aides, and family members Maintain detailed documentation on progress and treatment Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary staff discussions Working with ProCare Therapy means not only making a difference in students lives but also enjoying robust benefits.
