 Full-Time, Days | Preferred 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Rotating weekend coverage

 Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation Clinical Fellows Welcome A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider in the Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY area is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its care team. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and on time Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology New York State SLP license or eligibility for licensure CFs welcome CCC-SLP preferred for experienced candidates Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Physical Requirements Ability to assist with lifting and moving patients Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive health plan Employer retirement contribution Generous PTO Tuition scholarship opportunities Career growth and advancement potential Employee discounts, including cafeteria and gym savings Why Join This Opportunity This is a great opportunity for an SLP or Clinical Fellow seeking a supportive environment, meaningful patient impact, and long-term career growth in a skilled nursing setting.
