Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Clinical Fellows Welcome A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider in the Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY area is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its care team. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and on time
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines
Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education
Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
New York State SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Physical Requirements Ability to assist with lifting and moving patients
