Qualifications and Experience:

Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for CF if recently graduated Previous experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in educational or school-based settings Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into classroom activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise toward individualized goal setting Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions This position offers the ability to have a meaningful impact on students daily lives, professional growth through interdisciplinary collaboration, and the flexibility of a contract arrangement.
