Overview Little Leaps & Sounds, LLC is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide preschool special education (CPSE) services throughout Rockland County, NY. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity for clinicians who want meaningful pediatric work with the freedom to build a caseload that fits their schedule. Contractors may accept cases based on their availability, preferred geographic area, and desired caseload. What You'll Do Provide individualized speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children in accordance with each child's IEP Address speech, language, communication, and related developmental goals within your scope of practice Maintain required session notes and documentation Communicate professionally with families and other members of the child's educational team as appropriate Maintain all required professional credentials and County documentation What We're Looking For Current New York State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current professional liability insurance At least one year of experience working with pediatric populations; Clinical Fellowship experience may count toward this requirement Reliable transportation for community-based services Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills A warm, collaborative, child-centered approach Compensation & Scheduling $86 per hour of direct service Most CPSE sessions are 30 minutes; compensation is prorated based on session length.
