Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification relevant to your discipline (e.g., state licensure for therapists or ABA certification). Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including pediatrics, geriatrics, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical assessment methods. Proven ability to develop care plans and case management strategies tailored to diverse populations. Familiarity with medical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR) management systems.
