9676359-14304 Job Description Make an immediate impact in the lives of students as an onsite contract Speech-Language Pathologist in the Niagara Falls, NY area. Two full-time opportunities are available covering leave of absences in school settings, ideal for those who thrive in dynamic educational environments. The first assignment spans October through the end of January (12 weeks), primarily supporting high school students with some involvement at a non-public school in the district (approximately a 70/30 split). The second position begins at the end of November and continues to the end of January (12 weeks), focusing on the middle school population. Both roles offer a structured schedule with 7-8 daily sessions, dedicated planning time, and participation in free lunch duty.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license and teaching certification Previous experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred Ability to provide onsite services exclusivelyremote work is not available Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to supporting student success across diverse populations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions to assigned caseloads within specified schools Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students academic and social growth Complete necessary documentation, progress reports, and compliance requirements Participate in lunch duty and utilize planning periods effectively to prepare materials and adapt strategies Both assignments offer a rewarding opportunity to provide vital support to students during critical points in their academic year.
