Job Description & Requirements Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
As an SLP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in school-aged children. Youll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions focused on muscular coordination and language development, and maintain detailed documentation of student progress. Collaboration is key in this role, as youll work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support students educational goals. Participation in IEP meetings and contribution to multidisciplinary planning are also essential components of the position.
