Key Qualifications:

Current SLP-CCC certification Previous experience with elementary-aged students, including those who are non-verbal Strong ability to tailor approaches to a range of disabilities and communication needs Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver 28 speech/language sessions per week, each 30 minutes, exclusively in person Manage a structured schedule of ten sessions per day, supporting different student groups Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress Employ creative strategies to engage elementary-aged learners in a positive, inclusive environment Maintain accurate session documentation and comply with all regulatory standards This position is available ASAP through June 25th, covering three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break), totaling 16.5 hours per week.
